Gluten Free Turkey Gravy
Gluten Free Turkey Gravy~ Throw away those prepackaged dry gravy mixes! This easy to make gluten free gravy will impress your guests!

Delicious lump free gravy is easy to make and much better, and healthier, than the alternative pre-made options.
Use the pan drippings from your Roast Turkey as the base for this amazing flavorful gravy.
Gluten Free Turkey Gravy
Ingredients
About 1 cup skimmed and strained roasted turkey pan drippings
Aromatics (like fresh sage leaves, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme and fresh parsley)
About 2 cups stock (you can use giblet stock or stock of choice)
2 tbsp corn starch
A splash of red wine (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Drain off some of the fat of your pan drippings.
Put the Roasting pan back on the stove on medium high heat with the drippings.
In a bowl whisk together corn starch and ½ cup cooled stock to make a slurry.
Add slurry to roasting pan drippings on stove and whisk. Add in remainder of the stock and herbs and continue whisking until gravy begins to thicken. Add in a splash of wine if you like for an amazing flavor boost. Simmer for about 10 minutes until it reaches desired thickens whisking occasionally.
Strain gravy into a bowel and serve nice and hot.
